At SweetMonkFruit.Co, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we’ve developed a Returns and Refund Policy to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at love@sweetmonkfruit.co, with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
A refund will be issued to your **original method of payment within 7 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are unable to process refunds in the form of cash, cheque, PayPal, or to a different debit/credit card than the one originally used for purchase.

5. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
